Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

C1ickai (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email us anytime at [email protected].

Information we collect

  • Contact details you provide — your name, email address, and phone number, for example when you submit a task request, book a discovery call, or sign up for The Daily C1ick.
  • Request details — what you ask us to do and our communications about it, so we can deliver your finished work.
  • Basic technical info — standard website analytics such as pages visited and device type, which help us improve the site.

How we use it

  • To deliver the services you request and communicate with you about them.
  • To send The Daily C1ick and other updates you signed up for.
  • To improve our website, services, and customer experience.

SMS / text messages

If you opt in to receive text messages from C1ickai:

  • You may receive messages about your requests, order updates, reminders, and occasional marketing offers.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
  • The SMS opt-in is never pre-checked, consent is never a condition of purchase, and we keep a record of your consent.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, email delivery, scheduling, and payment processing), and only as much as needed to serve you. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime via the link in the email.
  • Opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
  • Ask us to update or delete your information: [email protected].

Data security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take your privacy seriously.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. We’ll post the new version here with a new “last updated” date.
